Ni lah dia, bila ada orang bersalin, macam ni lah lauknya.. Ayam ni kita perap dalam dua hingga tiga jam, lepas tu kita bakar dalam oven tanpa minyak. Senang dan menyelerakan. </div>

1. Gorengkan ikan dulu. Angkat dan letakkan tepi.<br />

2. Panaskan minyak. Tumiskan bawang putih sehingga sedikit kuning. Masukkan bawang merah dan goreng sehingga wangi dan garing.<br />

3. Kemudian masukkan cili dan belacan. Tumis sehingga garing dan wangi. Masukkan air asam jawa, gula, garam dan goreng sehingga sedikit kering. Kalau nak tahu ia sudah cukup masak, minyak nampak terpisah dengan sambal.<br />

4. Masukkan ikan dan bawang besar dan masak sekejap sehingga bawang layu dan siap untuk dihidangkan.<br />

1. Campurkan kesemua bahan kering dan masukkan dalam mangkuk mixer.<br />
<br />
2. Gunakan pemukul 'hook' dan masukkan telur dan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil jalankan mesin pada speed perlahan.<br />
<br />
3. Setelah semua bahan bercampur masukkan butter dan biarkan mesin berjalan pada speed 2. Uli selama 20/30 minit atau sehingga dough menjadi kenyal.<br />
<br />
4. Untuk memastikan bahawa dough siap diuli, ambil sedikit dough dan leperkan mengunakan jari dan tolak/cucuk perlahan ditengah-tengah dough dan dia tak berlubang. (Kenyal seperti orang menebar roti canai)<br />
<br />
5. Biarkan dough mengembang dua kali ganda daripada saiz asalnya. Musim sejuk, dough akan ambil masa lama sikit untuk naik.<br />
<br />
6. Setelah dough naik, tumbuk dough ditengah untuk mengeluarkan udara didalamnya.<br />
<br />
7. Bahagikan dough sama rata, lebih kurang 60gm setiap satu. Balutkan inti didalamnya dan bentukkan roti.<br />
<br />
8. Susun diatas loyang pembakar dan biarkan dough naik dua kali ganda. Sapukan telur yang sudah bercampur susu (sebiji telur campur 2 sudu besar susu cair kotak).<br />
<br />
9. Bakar selama 10/15 minit pada suhu 180C. Roti cinnamon ni sama jer resepi roti aku yang biasa tu. Cuma untuk intinya seperti berikut:<br />

1. Dough yang sudah siap di bahagi dua dan canaikan dough menjadi bentuk 4 segi setebal 1 cm.<br />

2. Sapukan butter tebalp-tebal dan taburkan brown sugar bercampur sebuk cinnamon tadi. Gelekkan dengan penggelek perlahan2 supaya gula lebih melekat dan tidak terlalu beterabur.<br />

3. Taburkan raisin dan mula gulungkan dough.<br />
<br />
5. Potongkan dough dan susun di atas loyang pembakar dan sapukan telur yang diacairkan dengan susu.<br />
<br />
6. Biarkan doughh naik diua kali ganda. Bakar selama 10/15 minit. Setelah siap, keluarkan daripada oven dan sapukan butter diatasnya supaya nampak kilat.<br />

Rebus kentang sehingga empuk. Blend kentang bersama 1 cawan air suam.<br />

2. Dalam mangkuk yang berasingan, campurkan yeast, gula, minyak, susu cair, garam dan kentang yang di blend tadi.<br />
<br />
3. Masukkan tepung sikit demi sedikit dan kacau menggunakan tangan sahaja. Gaul sehingga menjadi doh yang lembut. Jika rasa terlalu keras, campurkan sedikit lagi air suam atau sebaliknya, jika terlalu lembut, tambahkan lagi sedikit tepung. Lagi lembut doh, lagi lembut donut akan jadi.<br />

4. Bulat2 kan doh menjadi kecil-kecil dan buatkan lubang ditengah-tengah dan susun dia atas dulang yang telah di taburkan tepung.<br />
<br />
5. Biarkan sehingga 30 minit atau kembang dua kali ganda.<br />
<br />
6. Goreng pada api sederhana sehingga is kekuningan.<br />
<br />
